Manufactured Products Group Leader
Jennifer works for McKee Foods Corporation, better known as the manufacturer of Little Debbie and Sunbelt snacks. As the Manufactured Products Group Leader, her job responsibilities include managing product quality, specifications, and taste panels. Prior to McKee Foods Corporation, Jennifer worked as a Food Technologist in Product Development for five years where she developed new snacks.

"I would recommend Cal Poly for several reasons, the hands on learning, great faculty, and broad curriculum. I spent two years at Purdue with students from several other universities and now interact with colleagues from around the country that went to different schools, in my discussions with them I have learned that my Food Science degree from Cal Poly is special. I have not talked to another person who has made production size batches of jams for sale in the campus store, participated in the hands on meat, dairy classes, or fruit growing classes. The supporting and major courses I took for my degree gave me a broad spectrum of knowledge that has given me leverage above others in my field. All of this came with the amazing faculty that were with me every step of the way to ensure my success!"
