About Cal Poly Chocolates!

We are the country's only university-based, chocolate production course that uses exclusively organic and Fair Trade Certified chocolate. This website provides windows to multiple aspects of the chocolate world. Here, you can learn about Fair Trade, the ingredients we use, our production methods, how we implement the university's Learn by Doing philosophy, learn about chocolate in general and, last BUT NOT LEAST, view our luscious products!

General Information
We use uniquely fair trade, organic chocolate. We purchase it as chips, which are made in Kenosha, Wisconsin by a company that specializes in organic chocolate. The beans for our chocolate come from Peru or Dominican Republic.
