Welcome To Our Site



We are the country's only university-based, chocolate production course that uses exclusively organic and Fair Trade Certified chocolate. This website provides windows to multiple aspects of the chocolate world. Here, you can learn about Fair Trade, the ingredients we use, our production methods, how we implement the university's Learn by Doing philosophy, learn about chocolate in general and, last BUT NOT LEAST, view our luscious products!

General Information
If you are currently a Cal Poly Student and want more information on the chocolates course, FSN 201 or FSN 401, feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with more information and tell you how to sign up. FSN 201 and FSN 401 is offered every quarter except summer and takes place every Friday from 12 noon - 6pm.
